The project began with the development of a detailed character sheet centered around the outfit: a denim corset top paired with skinny jeans and black strappy heels. The design study focused on defining material behavior, stitching structure, denim texture response under light, and how the silhouette interacts with movement. This ensured the outfit maintained strong visual identity and consistency across all frames.
With the outfit established, an AI model was developed to match the same styling direction. The character was built with long curly dark hair and tan skin tone to align with the intended fashion aesthetic. Attention was given to maintaining proportional accuracy, natural walking motion, and fabric interaction so the denim and fitted elements behaved realistically in motion, consistent with the original footage.
Next, the environment was designed to support the fashion narrative. Lighting, tone, and spatial depth were carefully matched to create a cohesive luxury-cinematic atmosphere, ensuring the real footage and AI enhancements exist within the same visual world. The setting was shaped to complement the denim texture and enhance contrast with the black heels and structured corset silhouette.
Finally, the entire sequence was brought together through compositing and grading. Real footage, AI-generated character continuity, and environment integration were blended using consistent lighting, shadow matching, and cinematic color grading. The result is a unified digital fashion advertisement that maintains outfit consistency while elevating the visual storytelling into a refined hybrid AIālive action campaign.
